Welcome to Bella Beach Bungalows
Our little paradise of Rarotonga embraces you with lush vegetation, enchanting culture and welcoming local people from the moment you step off the plane. When you set foot on the sandy shores of Bella Beach, you will know you're truly somewhere special.
The BUNGALOWS are nestled on a secluded beach with activities like swimming, snorkeling, or reef walking. When you want to relax, sunbathe on the white sand, or lounge in your private hammock. There are four Bella Beach Bungalows, separated by private trellises. The Bungalows are also conveniently situated near shops where groceries and other items can be purchased.
Beach Bungalows
Are self-contained, self-catering, private stand-alone studio homes. They are located directly on the beach with the ocean literally at your door step. Both ceiling and pedestal fans for your comfort. Each bungalow is equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, access to a shared BBQ unit, and beach luxuries such as kayaks, hammocks, and loungers.
Bella House
Is a 3-bedroom self-contained holiday home. Located literally a skip, hop and a jump from the beach. It has both ceiling and pedestal fans in each room for your comfort. Bella House has an open plan living room and kitchen and a spacious front veranda for entertaining families and friends.
Bella Lodge
Bella Lodge is situated directly behind Bella House and is only less than a min away from Bella Beach Bungalows. This Lodge is fully equipped and comfortably caters for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults.

NZ$180.00 per night or NZ $1260.00 per week

Additional Charges:
$30.00 per adult per night (16 yrs and over)

Payment Details To avoid all the unnecessary fees and/or charges upon your arrival, we would prefer to receive full payment via Credit Card prior to your arrival. Please note that there is a 4% surcharge on all Credit Card Transactions here in the Cook Islands.

The M&M Properties are nestled on one of Rarotongas best kept secret, located south of the island in the village of 'Vaimaanga". You will not be disappointed at the Batch which is fully equipped to make your holiday manageable and most certainly enjoyable.
